So how do you ensure you are found when potential franchisees search? In most normal marketing, and I would imagine it would relate to your core business marketing, SEO becomes a key a part of this. But when searching terms such as ‘Franchise Opportunities’, listing sites dominate the search results making any traction very difficult! So is focusing time and money on SEO worth the investment?

In this Whiteboard Weekly, I look at the latest statistics, and how the normal September leap in franchise related interest hasn’t materialised, so far this Autumn. It’s a tricky time for franchise recruitment. With so much uncertainty around, and a strong job market, it’s only natural for there to be less people looking to invest at the moment. However, I believe that post-Brexit, whether good or bad for the overall economy, we will be in for a great season for franchising.
